Last night Tomas Urbanec scored his 136th regular season goal helping the Las Vegas Thunderbirds remain unbeaten with a 7-4 win over the Valencia Flyers. With that goal Urbanec became the Western States Hockey League all-time leading goal scorer passing Matus Spodniak and  Vitali Mikhailov who both had 135.

Urbanec is now tied for fourth on the WSHL all-time scoring list with 328 points. Former Valencia Flyers forward Jakob Kranabetter (373 points) tops the list. The Czech Republic born Urbanec currently is tied among Thunderbirds leading scorers with 15 points in six games.
